The San Jose Convention Center is the main convention center for the city of San Jose, California. It is located in close proximity to several others of San Jose's convention and cultural structures. Its formal name is the San Jose McEnery Convention Center, in recognition of former mayor Tom McEnery. The convention center offers of exhibit space. Thirty-one meeting rooms are also offered, as are banquet facilities for some 5,000 persons. Including the South Hall, a permanent metal-framed fabric structure, it can be increased to a joint total of .
